Sports Massage

Sports massage is the manipulation of soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) and is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The manipulation of soft tissue will aid the release of muscle tension and pain; improve posture and flexibility; the removal of waste products and reduced discomfort from DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). Sports massage is for everyone who suffers from tightness, you don`t have to be a sports person to get one. This type of massage will be very beneficial for mums to release tightness in upper body.

I`m L3 qualified Sports massage therapist and a member of Sports Therapy Association, and I hold a full public liability insurance.
