As a devoted mother herself, Ilze understands the importance of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle during pregnancy and supporting new mothers in reclaiming their fitness after childbirth.

With a passion for running and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by mums, Ilze is dedicated to helping expectant mothers stay fit while ensuring the well-being of both the mother and the baby. Her specialized training programs and guidance provide valuable support and reassurance throughout the journey of pregnancy.

For postnatal moms, Ilze is committed to helping them regain their strength and endurance, guiding them back into the world of running and overall fitness.
