Ilze is qualified L3 Personal trainer, specializing in Pre & Post natal, Mat Pilates, L3 Sports massage therapy and she is also British Athletics run leader.  
Ilze is helping mums to be to stay healthy and active during pregnancy, and new mums to return to running and fitness after having a baby. She herself is a mum of one, who enjoys running and she takes great pleasure in training people.

Mum On The Run, is Personal training and Fitness classes for mums, run by mum. Main focus on running, core stability, pelvic floor health and overall pre and post natal wellbeing. Sports massage therapy is aimed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity (and we, mums, have a lot of it!).

Taking care of yourself, is part of taking care of your kids.
