I am helping mums to return to running and fitness after having a baby. I am mum of one who enjoys running and I take great pleasure in training people.

Mum On The Run, is Personal training and Fitness classes for mums, run by mum. Main focus on running, core stability and overall wellbeing. Sports massage therapy is aimed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity (and we, mums, have a lot of it!).
