Hello! I am Ilze, CIMSPA L3 qualified Personal trainer and I specialize in Pre & Post natal training and Running fitness. Whether you want to return to exercise after having a baby or start/improve your running, I would like to guide you through it.

I work with mums and mums to be, helping them to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. I have also worked and created training programs for those returning to fitness after an injury. Myself, I returned to running and training after a major surgery, as well as after having a baby.

You will get personalized training plan, that we will follow together. Expect guidance on good technique, feedback and results.

Online Running Coaching

Would you like to return to running after having a baby or after an injury? I can help you to get to 5k, 10k and Half marathon or improve your time in  those distances.

With an online coaching program, you will get a weekly training schedule tailored just for you around your commitments, Strength training plan and nutrition advice pre & post run. Your training will start with a video consultation or face to face if you are local to Brighton & Hove.

£50 monthly subscription will renew automatically till you cancel. However, all training plans are 16 week long, if you would like to see sustainable results.

Monthly subscription £50 pm

Single session – Semi Private Gym £40

Once weekly (x4 sessions) – £140/£35 (save £40)

Twice weekly (x8 sessions) – £260/£32.5 (save £60)

Train with a friend £20 pp

Single session – Outdoors £35

Once weekly (x4 sessions) – £120/£30 (save £20)

Twice weekly (x8 sessions) – £220/£27.5 (save £60)

Train with a friend £18 pp

Single session – Online £30

Once weekly (x4 sessions) – £100/£25 (save £20)

Twice weekly (x8 sessions) – £180/£22.5 (save £60)

Train with a friend £15 pp
