Online running coaching

If you’re looking to get back to running after having a baby or recovering from an injury, I can provide you with the necessary guidance to help you achieve your goals. With my online coaching program, you will receive a personalized weekly training schedule designed to fit around your commitments. In addition, you will have access to a strength training plan specifically tailored for running, as well as nutrition advice to optimize your performance before and after each run.

To kick off your training journey, we can start with a video consultation or arrange a face-to-face meeting if you happen to be located in Brighton & Hove. The program requires a monthly subscription fee of £50, which will be automatically renewed until you choose to cancel. However, please note that for sustainable results, it is recommended to commit to a 16-week training plan.
