Outdoor Fitness Class for Moms and Moms-to-be
Are you a mom or mom-to-be looking for a fun and effective way to boost your fitness levels and strength? Look no further! Our outdoor fitness class is designed specifically for moms, whether you have a baby, toddler, or older kids. And don’t worry, if you prefer to come without the kids, you’re more than welcome too!
In our class, we incorporate a variety of fitness equipment to keep the workouts interesting and challenging. No matter your fitness level, our workouts are suitable for everyone, including expectant moms. As a Pre & Postnatal specialist and a mom myself, I will ensure that exercises are adapted safely for moms-to-be.
But it’s not just about getting in shape. Our class offers a great opportunity to connect with other like-minded moms and create new friendships. Why wait to meet new mama friends? Join our class and start building those connections now!
Now, let’s talk about the amazing benefits of postpartum exercise:
- Improves Sleep, Mood, and Energy Levels: Regular exercise has been shown to enhance sleep quality, boost mood, and increase energy levels. Say goodbye to those sleepless nights and hello to a rejuvenated you!
- Relieves Stress: Being a mom is a rewarding but challenging role. Exercise is a fantastic stress reliever, helping you unwind and release any tension or anxiety.
- Aids in Weight Loss: Postpartum exercise can contribute to shedding those extra pounds gained during pregnancy. Combined with a healthy diet, it can help you return to your pre-baby weight.
- Strengthens and Tones Abdominal Muscles and Pelvic Floor: Pregnancy and childbirth can weaken the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Our exercises target these areas, helping you regain strength and improve pelvic floor awareness.
- Corrects Posture: Carrying and breastfeeding a baby can take a toll on your posture. Our workouts include exercises that focus on improving your posture, reducing any discomfort or pain associated with poor alignment.
- Increases Body Awareness and Improved Self-image: Engaging in regular exercise helps you become more in tune with your body, enhancing body awareness. This, in turn, improves self-image and boosts your confidence.
All classes are near playgrounds, toilets and cafe (yes, we do like to have a cup of coffee afterwards)!
P.S. Please, bring your own yoga mat (but not during the winter season).

Outdoor Fitness Running Class for New Mums
Postpartum ‘Run + Strength’ class is designed to help you smoothly transition back into your running routine while building strength and preventing injuries. In this 45-minute session, you’ll enhance your cardio fitness and develop the essential strength specific to runners.
We will guide you through a balanced workout that combines running drills with targeted strength exercises, ensuring you feel empowered and supported on your fitness journey. This class is perfect for new mums eager to return to running safely and effectively! You can bring your baby along, but please use a buggy instead of a baby carrier, as the class involves running.
This program is suitable for new mums starting from 6 weeks post-vaginal delivery or 8 weeks post-cesarean. Please note that it is not suitable for those experiencing prolapse or severe diastasis recti—consider joining our Mum Fitness class instead.

“I look forward to this class every Friday! A really friendly class which you can adapt depending on your level and what point you are getting back to exercise after having a baby. I started when my baby was about 4 / 5 months old and he is just over one now and very active but he loves playing with the other babies while I have a chance to workout – win win!
