Mum and baby fitness class

wrap fridays 11:30 – 12:15

Fitness class for mums and their babies from 6+ weeks. It is a full body workout with an option to involve baby in some of exercises. Class is 45 min long with an optional coffee break afterwards. Come along, get fit and meet new friends.

Benefits of postpartum exercise:

Connect with your body and develop your body awareness and ability to relax. Workout that will awaken your deep and superior core muscles, and will help you to feel more flexible with incorporated stretches. It will help to correct your posture , enhance your strength and will help nurture a positive feeling about your body. No equipment necessary. All fitness levels welcome.

Mum On The Run Brighton

Mum On The Run, is Personal training and Fitness classes for mums run by mum. Main focus on running, core stability and overall wellbeing. Sports massage therapy is aimed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity.

I am a qualified L3 personal trainer, specializing in Pre & Postnatal Personal training, a Mat Pilates teacher, L3 sport massage therapist and British Athletics run leader.  
I am helping mums to return to running and fitness after having a baby. I am mum of one who enjoys running and I take great pleasure in training people.
