Online running coaching

If you’re looking to get back to running after having a baby or recovering from an injury, I can provide you with the necessary guidance to help you achieve your goals. With my online coaching program, you will receive a personalized weekly training schedule designed to fit around your commitments. In addition, you will have access to a strength training plan specifically tailored for running.

To kick off your training journey, we can start with a video consultation or arrange a face-to-face meeting if you happen to be located in Brighton & Hove. The program requires a monthly subscription fee of £50, which will be automatically renewed until you choose to cancel. However, please note that for sustainable results, it is recommended to commit to a 16-week training plan.

Here’s what you can expect from our Online Running Coaching:

  • A weekly training plan delivered to you every Friday through Everfit training app.
  • A comprehensive strength training plan designed to enhance your running abilities.
  • Unlimited support via Everfit chat to address any questions or concerns you may have during your training.

Running group

Welcome to a supportive and inclusive running group for women, where chasing personal bests (PBs) isn’t our focus—at least not yet. Led by British Athletics qualified Run Leader and a Pre & Postnatal fitness specialist, this group is a safe and encouraging space to enjoy running.

We run at a slow, inclusive pace to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Whether you need to walk, can run the whole distance, or are following a Couch to 5K (C25K) plan, you’ll never be left behind. Our sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a 4–8K run, and end with stretches.
